All customized orders (with name, number, logo, or special design) are made according to customer requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing correct spelling, sizes, and design details.
Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Product colors may slightly vary due to screen display differences.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Full payment or advance payment may be required for customized orders.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time depends on product type and customization requirements.
Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
KNSportsHub is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
Customers must provide correct shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Any claim regarding damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).
Non-customized items may be eligible for exchange according to our return policy.
